Tutoring

I offer private tutoring services and online courses in the following subjects:

English Tutoring

Improve your grades in high school or college English courses. Increase reading comprehension. Learn how to appreciate literature more deeply. Build fundamental skills in English grammar. Learn English as a Second Language.

Test Prep

Increase your score on standardized tests. Prepare and practice for a variety of tests, including the ACT, SAT, and PSAT. Learn general test prep strategies. GRE, LSAT, and GMAT prep also available upon request.

Writing Tutoring

Improve all aspects of your writing: organization, clarity, style, grammar, and more. Work with a published author and learn to become a stronger writer! I specialize in nonfiction (essays, articles, PhD dissertations, etc), but I am comfortable working with fiction writers as well.

Proofreading & Editing

Get suggestions from a published author to make sure your writing is perfect! Whatever writing project you are working on (class essay, article, novel, Master’s thesis, PhD dissertation, etc), send it to me and I can make recommendations to improve grammar, wording, structure, flow, organization, clarity, and more.

I have over 5 years of experience as a teacher and tutor, have published more than 100 articles in my writing career, and have received an average rating of 5 stars from my clients.

For $50 per hour, I can help improve your abilities in any of the above subjects, either online or in person (if you live near me).

My schedule is flexible and I am currently accepting new students! To reach out, select the subject you’re interested in and send me a message!
